Leaving the urbanisation, less than one kilometre to the north, a right turn at the end ofthe road brings you to the 'Villa Martin Plaza', here you will find a beautiful plaza surrounded by a selection of bars and restaurants where you can sit outside, have a cool drink and watch the wild parakeets.

Travelling south from the apartment, at left turn at the end of the road you will find the Los Dolores complex, again less than a kilometre away, where you will find a wide variety of shops, bars,restaurants and supermarket.

If golf is your passion, just a couple of hundred meters up the road you will find the entrance to the ''Villa Martin Golf Club'', a superb golf course with club house and excellent restaurant.
